About the Author

Vivek Chandra is currently working as a senior executive with a mid-sized gas-focused exploration and production company in Australia. He was previously working in the Middle East for a government energy investment company as well as an international gas pipeline company. His extensive international gas experience includes seven years with ARCO International Oil and Gas Company and six years with Schlumberger Overseas, serving in a variety of technical, financial and commercial roles in the United States, South East Asia, and Middle East. He has worked on LNG as well as gas pipeline export projects. He has degrees from the Colorado School of Mines, University of Pennsylvania, and the French Petroleum Institute.
